An Art Concierge on a luxury cruise vessel leads the onboard fine art program—curating exhibitions, hosting enriched presentations, and conducting art auctions to educate and inspire guests while driving art sales. You’ll design marketing strategies and materials, engage passengers through seminars and one-on-one consultations, and oversee art displays in lounges and galleries. As the sales leadership contact within the art team, you'll collaborate closely with Gallery Directors or Auctioneers, supporting all art‑related activities and ensuring smooth operations. You’ll work within a multicultural crew, communicating with senior ship and shoreside management, and contribute directly to revenue and guest enrichment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cruise ship art programs or in upscale hospitality, luxury hotels, galleries, or fine art sales environments.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills; comfortable hosting auctions, seminars, and consultations.
  • Proven entrepreneurial and sales-driven mindset; ability to meet revenue targets via consultative selling and auction platforms.
  • Artistic knowledge and appreciation—ideally a relevant degree, certification, or demonstrable interest in art.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multicultural communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory, additional language skills a plus.
