The Concierge Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized food and beverage experience to high-end Guests across various venues, including the concierge lounge, outside decks, in-room dining, and amenity delivery. This role involves a la carte and buffet service for all meal periods, room service, and USPH-compliant cleaning of all concierge F\&B areas. The ideal candidate is highly service-minded, well-versed in anticipating and fulfilling the needs of affluent Guests, and demonstrates strong communication and operational skills. Responsibilities also include managing daily supply orders, collaborating with F\&B teams, and taking initiative to support the overall concierge Guest experience beyond core duties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ service experience in a high-end bar, restaurant, butler service, or concierge services.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role within the service industry.
  • Proven background in delivering high-level service to affluent Guests.
  • Strong knowledge of beer, wine, champagne, and spirits.
  • Familiarity with responsible vendor practices.
  • Skilled in general bartending and barista techniques.
