The Entertainment Host leads a wide variety of onboard programs and live events designed to engage guests of all ages. This role involves emceeing games, trivia, and theme nights, performing light choreography, and facilitating interactive experiences with enthusiasm and professionalism. Entertainment Hosts are responsible for event setup and breakdown, promoting participation, supporting crowd flow, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Strong public speaking, adaptability, and an outgoing, guest-focused attitude are essential to creating memorable moments. This role also requires collaboration with entertainment teams, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to perform in both scripted and improvised settings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in entertainment, recreation, or guest-facing performance roles.
  • Strong public speaking skills and microphone confidence.
  • Ability to learn and perform basic choreography.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable engaging large, diverse audiences.
  • Skilled at improvisation while following scripts and show cues.
  • Physically able to lift equipment and remain active for long periods.
  • Familiarity with basic audio/event equipment preferred.
  • Multilingual communication skills preferred.
