Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of professional baking experience, including at least 2 years as a Head Baker or in a similar leadership role within a premium brand or upscale restaurant.
- Strong understanding of European baking techniques with excellent hands-on skills and attention to quality.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multicultural teams with flexibility and resilience under pressure.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Guest-focused, service-oriented, with a professional appearance, positive attitude, and high hygiene standards.
- In-depth knowledge of public health and sanitation compliance (e.g., USPH).
