As a Medi-Spa Physician aboard a cruise ship, you will operate a private aesthetic medical practice at sea, performing non-invasive cosmetic procedures such as Botox® and dermal fillers. After completing certified training, you'll provide safe, effective treatments and personalized consultations to guests seeking aesthetic enhancement. You'll manage patient relationships, uphold clinical standards, and collaborate closely with the onboard spa team to drive engagement and service excellence. This role combines hands-on medical aesthetics with the opportunity to travel, develop cross-cultural communication skills, and work in a dynamic, sales-oriented environment where professionalism and guest care are paramount.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree from an institution listed in the International Medical Education Directory (IMED).
  • Valid medical license in your country of residence or where your degree was earned (U.S. license not required).
  • Minimum 6 months hands-on clinical experience post-graduation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.
  • Comfortable conducting public presentations and wellness consultations.
  • Friendly, professional, and sales-oriented approach; sales training provided.
  • Strong listening, patient follow-up, and clinical documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multicultural spa team.
  • Basic computer literacy for electronic medical records and inventory tracking.
  • Must hold or obtain C1/D visa (if not a U.S. citizen), complete maritime medical exam, and attend mandatory training in Miami.
