The Stage Manager oversees the technical execution of entertainment across shipwide venues and leads a multidisciplinary team of technicians specializing in sound, lighting, and video. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating rehearsals, maintaining equipment standards, and ensuring the integrity of all live performances. Stage Managers also provide hands-on support for show setups, troubleshoot technical issues, and supervise backstage operations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain high-quality production values in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. Qualifications
- Significant experience in stage, production, or technical entertainment management.
- Broad technical knowledge across lighting, sound, video, and rigging systems.
- Familiarity with systems such as QLab, Dante, DSP, Watchout, and network protocols.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage performance reviews, training, and scheduling.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent English and clear communication across departments and crew.
- Comfortable supporting live shows and resolving issues under pressure.
- Degree in technical theater or equivalent training preferred.
