AirBorne Trainers are responsible for conducting pre-embarkation training courses for selected crew, ensuring they are well-prepared for shipboard duties and meet client standards. May also lead internal training sessions for AirBorne staff to maintain service quality and operational consistency. Plays an active role in reviewing and updating training modules to align with evolving industry requirements. Attends client-mandated "Train the Trainer" programs to stay current with best practices and compliance standards. Additionally supports recruitment activities by assisting in candidate screening and interviews.
Qualifications
- Must have held managerial positions
- Strong communication skills (in English)
- Strong leadership & people skills
- Passion for the cruise industry
- Minimum 10 years of luxury cruise line experience, having reached the below ranks:
* Food and Beverage – Restaurant Manager or Maître d'
* Culinary – Executive Chef
* Housekeeping – Executive Housekeeper
