At our Cruise Training Center we teach our crew the skills and attitudes that will prepare them for their new responsibilities onboard. Training is a win-win for both the cruise line and the crew– enabling crew to meet and exceed guest expectations, earn higher onboard revenues, and improve their career prospects.

Our management team has degrees from top US universities and US corporate experience. Our recruiters and trainers are cruise line veterans with extensive ship-board experience as well as training expertise.

Nail Technician
Qualifications: : Prof. qual. Min1 yr exp. Full set acrylic nails 1 hr 10 min w/ French polish. Excellent English.
Responsibilities: : Before joining training includes intensive creative nails course, promotions, retail skills, Elemis rituals for the feet and hands, Gentle Touch Teeth Whitening system. 9 month contract in a Spa At Sea with one of 25 luxury cruise line companies.
Beauty Therapist (F)
Qualifications: : Professional certificate required. Min 6 mos experience. Strong English, teamwork, customer service.
Responsibilities: : Specialize as either a skin care specialist, body and detox specialist or a holistic therapist. Learn Ionithermie body cleansing and firming, La Therapie facials. Elemis products. Massages, body wraps, facials for men and women.
Massage Therapist (F)
Qualifications: : Professional diploma. Min 1 year experience. Excellent English communication and customer service.
Responsibilities: : Pre-embarkation training incl. Elemis ten-day course - focus is on standards, professionalism and revenue. Deep tissue massage techniques, muscle detoxifying seaweed wraps, Aroma Stones therapy. 9 month contract in a Spa-At-Sea with of 25 luxury cruise line companies.
Hair Sylist
Qualifications: : Professional diploma. Min 1 year experience. Excellent English communication and customer service.
Responsibilities: : You will work with all of types of hair, on both ladies and gentlemen, offering all services available in land based salon, plus more: teeth whitening, Elemis Exotic Hair and Scalp Ritual, ladies hair up styles and blow-dries for formal evenings, colouring and cutting.
Fitness Instructor
Qualifications: : PT certify. req. Plus yoga, pilates, ETM preferred. Min 1 yr exp. Excellent English & cust. service.
Responsibilities: : Lead classes and perform Personal Training sessions on board. Successful applicants attend a three week intensive training course for specially designed programs and business model, as well as receive tuition on public speaking, seminars, Pilates, Yoga and Spinning.
Food Artist/Carver/Decorator
Qualifications: : Min 1 yr formal culinary training + 3 yrs kitchen exp. OR 3 contracts as Food Stylist onboard.
Responsibilities: : Prepare all food buffet garnishes and decorations to include (but not limited to) Ice Carvings, Fruit and Vegetable carvings, buffet and function / party decorations. Assist other sections in the galley as directed by the CDP.
Qualifications: : Knowledge of the operation of a Digital SLR camera. Fluent English. Great interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: : Photographing guests and selling the memories of their cruise. The team is responsible for the entire onboard photo business: photography, processing and printing and sales of the finished photos and photo products.
Bar Waitress
Qualifications: : Min 1-2 yrs 5 * Hotel service experience. Basic knowledge of service techniques. Excellent English.
Responsibilities: : Jointly responsible for fast and smooth operation of assigned working area. Ensure fast, efficient and courteous service. Maximum sales revenues and performance within the budget.
Cabin Stewardess
Qualifications: : 5 * Hotel or Gulf exp. in Housekeeping dept. Service and team orientated. Fluent English
Responsibilities: : Cleanliness, service and sanitation in assigned cabin section according to housekeeping procedures and policies. Communicating with guests about their requests. Monitoring of the technical condition of the assigned cabins.
Housekeeping Cleaner
Qualifications: : Housekeeping skills and exp. Excellent English communication. Min 1-2 years 5 star Hotel exp.
Responsibilities: : Cleanliness in public areas. Handling of technical equipment, work equipment and chemicals. Cleanliness and tidiness in HK pantries, cleaning lockers and linen lockers. Comply with waste management regulations.
Galley Utility
Qualifications: : Min 10th pass. At least 6 mos exp. in a big Hotel or Cruise ship. Hands on attitude. Fluent English.
Responsibilities: : Culinary career path, entry level. Assisting in cleaning all galley work areas and equipment up to the highest USPH and Safety Standards. Operating the washing machines. Assisting in cleaning vegetables, etc.
2nd Butcher
Qualifications: : Hotel Management Certificate or at least 3 years experience in a large Hotel or Cruise Ship.
Responsibilities: : Preparation and cutting of all meat items in the butcher station. Accomplishing all job tasks in accordance with established standards and passengers satisfaction. Maintaining highest level of sanitation and personal hygiene according to USPH rules and Regulations.
Commis Chef Pastry
Qualifications: : Min. 3 yrs exp high volume pastry production. Formal Pastry Chef training or exp. as a Pastry Cook.
Responsibilities: : Assist Demi CDP Pastry in preparation of all Pastry items and in all USPH issues and regulations. Work independently during night shift.
Commis Chef Baker
Qualifications: : Min. 3 years exp. in bakery field w/ large quantities in bakery , large hotel or ship operation.
Responsibilities: : Follow recipe standards, correct usage and care of equipment, proper storage and stock rotation. Assist in the preparation of all varieties of bread for all restaurant outlets. Mix, proof, and portion all bakery products.
Qualifications: : 5* Hotel Exp. Knowledge of hotel laundry equipment
Responsibilities: : Passenger, Ship’s, Uniforms, Officers’ and Crew Laundry - washing, drying and ironing as per Laundry Master’s instructions. Correct handling of equipment. Cleanliness, maintenance, safety, inventory duties.
Commis Chef
Qualifications: : Min 2-3 years cooking experience in high volume production kitchen. Formal culinary educ preferred.
Responsibilities: : Follow recipe standards, correct usage and care of equip, proper storage & stock rotation. Prep vegetables, slice cheese prepare salads, & general culinary duties. Clean & sanitize work
